Quick Fixes

App running slow or freezing? Close and reopen the app. Restart your device. Check for updates in the App Store or Google Play.

Meeting won't generate? Check your internet connection. Make sure you entered a work description. If you're on the free tier, you may have hit your limit.

Subscription not working? Tap "Restore Purchases" in settings. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

Can't find your documents? Check the History tab. Make sure the filter is set to "All." Documents only save after you complete them.

QR code not working? Make sure you have internet connection. Try generating a new QR code from the meeting.

Cartoon not loading? AI cartoons require a Pro subscription and internet connection. If it still won't load, try again in a few minutes.

Subscription Help

How to Subscribe Tap "Upgrade" or "Pro" in the app. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play.

How to Cancel

iPhone: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → SafetyBriefer™ → Cancel

Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → SafetyBriefer™ → Cancel

How to Restore Your Purchase Reinstalled the app or got a new phone? Tap "Restore Purchases" in settings. Your subscription follows your Apple ID or Google account.
