All of your profile information, meeting history, and attendee records are stored **locally on your device** using AsyncStorage. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

- We do not maintain a central database of your meetings

- We do not store your meeting content on our servers after generation

- We do not have access to your attendee records

### Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you:

- Delete the app

- Clear app data

- Use the "Clear All Meetings" feature in Settings

- Use the "Reset Profile" feature in Settings

You choose which email addresses (if any) receive meeting reports. You can add or remove forwarding emails at any time in Settings.

SafetyBriefer is designed for workplace safety professionals and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
